Cancellation Policy
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Processing of Refunds - All refunds will be processed within 45 working days post the conference.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made on or before 31st July 2026
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 1st August 2026 and 30th November 2026
- No refund for cancellations made on or after 1st December 2026

Delegates who wish to attend POSICON 2027 can register using our secure payment portal through Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
Kindly note that a processing fee (1%–3% depending on the payment mode) will be applicable for all Credit Card / Net Banking payments using the payment gateway. There won't be any processing fee for UPI transactions. Please check and confirm the final amount after entering your card details on the Payment Gateway.
