1 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Scientific Research can be presented at POSICON 2027, Chh. Sambhajinagar (4th to 7th February 2027) in the following two categories:

1 Podium Presentations

Free Paper: 5 minutes + 2 minutes discussion

Best Paper: 7 minutes + 2 minutes discussion

2 Poster Presentations

Last Date for Submission of Abstracts: SEPTEMBER 30, 2026

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Only ONLINE submissions through the website, www.posicon2027.com will be accepted.

Conference registration is not mandatory for abstract submission. However, if a paper is selected, the presenting delegate must register for the conference within one week of acceptance notification in order to present, failing which the presentation will be removed from the scientific program.

A delegate can submit more than one abstract, but only one can be presented per delegate.
If more than one abstract gets accepted, the presenting author may nominate a co-author to present the paper.
The co-author has to be registered for the conference and must have been included at the time of abstract submission.

No co-authors can be added later.

Abstracts must be submitted in a structured format (Introduction, Materials and Methods,

Results, and Conclusion). Do not mention the name of author(s) or institution in the title, body of the abstract, or in images, tables, and graphs. Mentioning the same will automatically disqualify the submission.

The abstracts must be submitted along with the following details: Name of the presenting author, Names of co-authors (if any), POSI membership number of the presenting author, and Name and address of the institution where the study was conducted.

GUIDELINES FOR POSI BEST PAPER SESSION

From among the highest-ranked papers, the first 10 papers fulfilling all of the following criteria will be selected:

The presenting author should be a POSI member or shoutid have applied for POSI membership at the time of abstract submission.

The study should be largely his/her work.

The work should have been conducted in India.
